Partial Terms: Cash Deposit
of $100 to secure bidder number. Deposit will be
returned if bidder is not successful in purchasing auto. Deposit
becomes non-refundable up to the full amount upon becoming
a successful bidder. Minimum bid requirement on each item
is $25.00. At time of auction before removal, you are responsible
for verification of vehicle identification number and mileage.
Full payment is required by 5:00 p.m. day
after sale by cash, cashier's check or Mastercard/Visa. Personal
or company checks must be accompanied by a bank letter of
guarantee or by prior approval. A late payment fee
of $25.00 per item, per day will apply to buyer's entire purchase
if not paid by 5:00 p.m. day after sale. All vehicles
and equipment sold as is where is without warranty.
NOTICE: Seized vehicles do not have
titles! A certificate of sale will be furnished to
buyers by request through the mail. Any vehicle sold with
a 5-digit odometer will be sold TMU (True Mileage Unknown).
Vehicle Removal: All vehicles must be removed
by 5:00 PM on Wednesday following the sale. Storage of $35
per item, per day, will be assessed for vehicles
left on the lot after Wednesday at 5:00 PM. Removal hours
are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You must bring your paid receipt with
you to pick up vehicles. No exceptions.
Wristbands: All attendees to the auction
must obtain a wristband from the registration booth before
being granted access to the auction area. Wristbands are only
given to registered bidders and their guests. Guests must
attend with a registered bidder and will be charged an additional
$5.00 per wristband.
Consignment Vehicles: All passenger vehicles
must have a clear title. DO NOT SIGN
THE TITLE! A completed Vehicle Consignment
Registration and Power of Attorney Form must be completed
on each vehicle and submitted one week prior to the auction
date. A registration fee of $30 is due on
each vehicle at the time your vehicle is turned over to us.
Sellers Fee will be deducted from the auction proceeds. Your
vehicle must arrive at our location, 642 W. Southside Plaza
Drive, by Wednesday of the week prior to the auction date.

Consignment vehicles purchased will require a Buyers Fee
and an administrative fee of $45 on each
